Credits and Payments

VentureVerse operates on a credit-based system. Users may purchase credits to access applications and services.

Credits:

  • Have no cash value
  • Are non-transferable
  • Are refundable within seven (7) days of purchase only if no credits have been used after the purchase
  • Once any portion of a credit purchase has been used, the entire purchase becomes non-refundable
  • Credits granted under free, trial, or promotional plans are non-refundable

All purchases of credits are final except as expressly provided above. VentureVerse reserves the right to modify pricing, credit usage rates, or service availability at any time. See our Pricing page for current plan details.

AI Service Disclaimer

VentureVerse provides access to AI-powered applications developed by third-party providers.

AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading.

Users are solely responsible for how they use AI outputs. VentureVerse does not guarantee accuracy and assumes no liability for decisions made based on AI-generated content.

Third-Party Websites and Services

The Site may link to third-party websites or applications. Venture Verse has no control over and assumes no responsibility for such sites or applications. Any dealings with third parties are between you and the third party.

Disclaimer of Warranties

VENTURE VERSE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE. IN NO EVENT WILL VENTURE VERSE'S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED US$100.

Dispute Resolution

If you have concerns, please email us at support@ventureverse.com. If we cannot resolve your concerns amicably, disputes will be resolved through the courts of Hong Kong.

Termination

Venture Verse may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time and for any reason without notice. Termination of your access does not terminate Venture Verse's rights to your uploaded content.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Hong Kong without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

Venture Verse reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Site.
