FAQ

Before you apply

Direct answers about publishing, hosting, economics, and the application process.

Why Creator Hub?
Building got easier, but distribution didn’t. Creator Hub gives independent web apps a place to be discovered, understood, monetized, and improved—while you keep control of how your app is built and hosted.
Who is Creator Hub for?
Builders without an audience. It is for anyone with a working app and a reason to share it—from a side project or focused experiment to the beginning of something larger. What matters is that it works and is ready to meet users.
Do I need to be an experienced developer?
No. Based on your setup, the platform generates an integration prompt that you can give to your coding agent. You can test the integration in the platform and share the resulting logs with your agent to diagnose and complete the work.
Do you host my app?
Not yet. You currently host and deploy your own app. App hosting is on our roadmap and will make deployment and version management easier in the future.
How do creators earn?
You define the paid actions inside your app. When users pay to use them, the platform retains a percentage of that spending and the remainder is recorded as your creator earnings.
Can I test the key function of my startup idea here?
Yes, and we welcome it. Real users paying for a useful function can provide a stronger validation signal. We recommend focusing on the core function rather than placing a large, operationally heavy app on the platform.
What happens after I apply?
We add your application to the Creator Hub mailing list and keep you updated as the program moves toward launch. Once Creator Hub is live, selected creators will receive an invitation to join.

Your creation deserves an audience.

Bring it to an audience that can discover it, understand what it costs, and keep coming back.
